Caring for another person can be very stressful. There is so much to take care of and you don't get to yourself. Maybe you feel tense, exhausted, sad or just angry.

This course will help you deal with this. You learn to look differently at what is difficult. Using skills from mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Theory), you learn to focus your attention. This can help you make more peace and space for yourself. Even if the situation does not improve. It is not therapy, but it can make your life lighter.

Participation is free. You just have to buy the book ‘Living life to the full’ yourself. That costs €25.50. You can also borrow the book.
